What do I need to bring with me when hiring a vehicle?

  • Valid UK Driving Licence, (plastic photo card part required)
  • National Insurance Number
  • Proof of address (eg. Utility bill, bank statement - dated within 60 days)
  • Credit card in hirer's name

I have recently moved address & my licence is at my previous address, can I still hire?

Yes, we do however, need at least two proofs of address to confirm where you are currently staying. Please call if you need further assistance on this.

I am here on holiday, can I still hire a vehicle?

Yes, please call or email us and we can organise this for you.

Is it possible to add drivers to one hire vehicle?

Yes, you may add other driver(s).

My licence is not a UK Licence, can I still hire a vehicle?

Yes, you may still hire a vehicle. It is best to contact us a few days beforehand and this can be arranged for you. It is possible that we will ask for additional proofs of identification. Do you take a deposit when hiring a vehicle?

Yes, we take a refundable deposit of £250.00, taken from the hirer's credit/ debit card. The deposit is refunded at the end of hire, subject to hire vehicle being in same condition as hired. (Please allow 7-10 working days for refund to show in your account.) For prestige hire, please call for the deposit amount. Please note deposit amount may increase subject to hirer conditions, e.g. age, penalty points/ other.

How much do additional drivers cost?

£50 per additional driver.

Card refunds

Please allow 7-10 working days for all card refunds to appear back into your account. This is only an indication as each bank can differ. If you have any queries regarding refunds, please contact your bank.
